Sarah Treated For Knee Injury At Bethesda Naval Hospital

I received a phone call from Sarah and she told me that her knee was giving her a lot of pain and that she went through rehearsal and did not say anything to any one and I told her not to be a hero and that she needs to talk to a staff member and see if she can be seen at the Bethesda Naval Hospital just 30 minutes away from their housing site.

This was on the their free night in Maryland and Sarah went through rehearsal that morning and instead of a night out with her peers she went to the Naval Hospital to get her knee checked out.

About a couple of hours went by and I finally heard from Sarah and she stated that the doctor said that it was a strain and that she needs to ice her knee after rehearsals and take some over the counter meds for the pain.

Sarah said that this is not going to stop me and that I am moving forward pain or no pain, this will not stop me.

I am glad that it was only a strain and nothing else. I checked with Sarah a few days later and her knee is feeling better at this time.
